Your home isn’t selling? It could be the Moving Boxes at the entry or the dated original carpet in the Master Bedroom that was installed by the builder.

Realtor Joel Sutherland remembers the excitement he felt when a colleague contracted him to sell a well-kept home in Perris California suburb. The home was filled with many upgrades such as Shutters, Tile, up dated kitchen and Patio. He knew that photos of the interior would sell the house quickly. Nine days after listing the home, an investor made an offer which fell though due to lack of funding on their part.
After putting the home back on the market and getting feedback from the buyers the original carpet in the Master Bedroom had to go and many small adjustments were made. The Carpet and pad were updated along with the other three rooms. One week after the update a buyer visited a second time and offered an additional $5K and purchase the home.
